Hakurei Sake Brewery
It is a long-established sake brewery founded in Tempo 3 (1832), and has been brewing in Miyazu for about 190 years.
Although it has a water source of ultra-soft water that is not suitable for sake making, it produces delicate and tasty sake thanks to Mr. Toji's outstanding skills.
The representative brand "Koda" and "Sake Drink Doji", which is also offered at our dinner buffet at our hotel, are popular with many people because of its rich aroma and mellow taste.
During the sake brewing tour (reservation required), you can see the history of sake breweries, such as the former pot and the brewery.
