Hakurei Sake Brewery
A long-established sake brewery founded in Tenpo 3 (1832), and has been brewing in Miyazu for about 190 years.
Although it has a water source of ultra-soft water that is not suitable for sake making, Toji's outstanding technology produces delicate and tasty sake.
"Shuten Doji", which is also offered at the representative brand "Koda" and our dinner buffet at our hotel, is characterized by a rich aroma and mellow taste, and is popular with many people.
During the sake brewing tour (reservation required), you can see the history of sake breweries, such as the former Kamaba and the brewery.
