It is a long-established sake brewery founded in Tenpo 3 (1832), and has been brewing sake in Miyazu for about 190 years.
It has a water source of ultra soft water that is not suitable for sake making, but thanks to Mr. Toji's outstanding technology, it produces delicate and tasteful sake.
The representative brand "Koda" and "Sake Drinking Doji", which is also offered at our hotel's dinner buffet, are popular with many people, characterized by its rich aroma and mellow taste.

During the sake brewing tour (reservation required), you can see the historical sake brewery, such as the former Kamaba and the brewery.
