Nariaiji Temple, which overlooks Amanohashidate, one of Japan's three most scenic spots, is an ancient temple dating back to 1300, known as the 28th temple of the Kannon Sacred Ground in Nishikuni. The harsh appearance and the autumn leaves coloring the precincts gently heal the hearts of visitors. In particular, the contrast between the five-storied pagoda and the autumn leaves is spectacular, and you can enjoy the superb view unique to autumn.

Surrounded by rich nature and pine forests, it is a comprehensive park well known as a famous spot where you can enjoy the seasonal scenery such as cherry blossoms and azaleas in spring and autumn leaves in autumn.
In the park, there are various facilities such as the Children's Hall of Science, Zoo, and Urban Revegetation Botanical Garden with a planetarium for the purpose of "learning while having fun" centered on a pond with a circumference of 1.3 km. There are large lawns, Shiroyama with a good view, and large playground equipment, making it ideal for family and group recreation.

Recommended for those who want to enjoy the autumn leaves while strolling, this historic old road called Motofukomichi is a popular road.
It is said that the poet Izumi Shikibu of the Heian period walked from Kyoto to Tango, and there are still quiet mountain roads that make you feel eternal time.

In addition, since the walking path is a slippery cobblestone mountain path, please prepare long sleeves, long pants, and rain gear for easy walking shoes. Please take a walk with your local guide so that you can enjoy it safely.
