April 1 - Buffet Menu Renewal
From April 1, 2026, the 2nd anniversary of its opening, we will start offering a new menu inspired by Food & Beverage's new concept "Grand Mercure / Mercure Marche".

Breakfast Pulldo pork benedict
Pulled pork with a softness that is slowly stewed and deep taste, as if served from a large pot at a Marche stall. Put a pouched egg on the finish and serve it with cheese sauce. If you like, add wakamoredip, red cabbage and beets lape to enjoy the taste change.
Breakfast Local fish dashi soup chazuke
A specialty dashi chazuke that makes use of the taste of fish caught locally.
The gentle flavor that spreads every bite relieves you during your trip.
[Dinner] Boiled beef (buff breze)
Traditional French cuisine born from wisdom to taste delicious meat. Take a long time and enjoy the taste of beef that has been extracted to the maximum with healthy quinoa. The added carrots are seasoned with local miso.
[Dinner] Kyotamba Kogen pork and Miyazu Chikuwa Japanese-style cold potato sauce with pepper sauce
Japanese-style cold potov that combines the taste of Kyotamba Kogen pork with the flavor of Miyazu's specialty Chikuwa.
Fresh pepper sauce accented with refreshing taste.
