■Kujo Negishi Seafood Pasta

When heated with traditional Kyoto vegetables, Kujo leek brings out its unique sweetness and aroma.
The flavor of the green onion and the crispy texture harmonize with the taste of seafood such as squid and shrimp, and you can enjoy the charm of Japanese and Italian at the same time, which also integrates the nutritional value.

■Kyotamba Kogen pork shabu-shabu

Kyotamba Kogen pork is grown on its own feed containing bread and rice.
It is a brand pork boasted by Kyoto Tamba, which has won the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Prize, the highest rank at the West Japan Pork Carcass Competition three times, and has been offered at receptions at global conferences. The fat is characterized by a firm sweetness, fine marbling, and enjoy a soft and juicy texture even when cooked.

■Kyotango pork corn burger

To make use of soft meat quality and strong umami fat.
It is cooked softly with ice sugar and tamari soy sauce that finishes refreshing sweetness.
By adding pickled Takana to the accent, richness and umami are added.
