The finest taste of Kyoto meat, drawn with a ceramic plate
"Kyoto meat" is a "Kyoto meat" that is consistently raised in Kyoto Prefecture and only Japanese black beef that meets strict standards.
The melting marbling and delicate sweetness are baked with a ceramic plate to maximize the flavor of the meat.
For the addition, we have prepared a Kyoto vegetable "Manganji Chili" from Maizuru City.
The soft pungency and subtle sweetness enhance the rich taste of meat and create an exquisite balance.
