The finest flavor of Kyoto meat, which is extracted with a ceramic plate
"Kyoto Meat" is a "Kyoto Meat" that is consistently raised in Kyoto Prefecture and only Japanese Kuroge beef that meets strict standards.
By baking the melting marble and delicate sweetness with a ceramic plate, the flavor of the meat is maximized.
For the addition, we have prepared a Kyoto vegetable "Manganji Chili", which originated in Maizuru City.
The soft pungency and subtle sweetness enhance the rich taste of the meat and create an exquisite balance.
